Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing

Trueworth operates on a subscription basis. B2B seats are billed at $99/seat/month. B2C artisan accounts are billed at $9.99/month. All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, depending on your selected plan.

2. Refunds

We want you to be confident in your subscription. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@trueworth.bond and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time. Your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period. No partial refunds are given for mid-cycle cancellations (except within the 14-day window above).

4. Payment Failures

If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to retry the payment for up to 7 days. If the payment remains unsuccessful, access to paid features will be suspended. Your data will be retained for 30 days after suspension, during which you can update your payment method and resume access. After 30 days, your account and associated data may be deleted.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. The current version will always be available at this URL.
