When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company details. When you create specs and contracts, we store the content you provide, including item descriptions, pricing, and reference links. We also collect usage data such as page views and feature interactions to improve our service.
We use your information to provide and maintain the Trueworth platform, including spec creation, contract generation, scorecard management, and user authentication. We may send service-related emails (e.g., sign-off notifications). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored on encrypted servers provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL). All contract verification hashes are stored immutably. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Spec and contract records are retained in anonymized form for audit purposes.
We use Paddle for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, and Supabase for database and authentication. Each service has its own privacy policy governing data handling.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export your spec and contract data from your dashboard.
